Ministry: Spirit Governed will hold monthly meetings
where parents of school-aged
children can work with a counselor to implement a plan
for homeownership!
Spirit Governed counselors will provide information
on the home buying
process, including credit and budgeting, selection
of a REALTOR®, mortgage products and the closing
process.
Spirit Governed counselors will provide information on home maintenance, budget
and finances to prevent foreclosure.
This class stresses the improtance of budgeting and the savings process by
working with an individual to develop a realistic budget that includes a consistent
pattern of saving.
God’s Word tells us to learn to be the best possible steward of all
that God places into our care (resources, money, family, time, skills, cabilities,
etc.). Stewardship principles and applications apply to all of us whether we
are young or young at heart, whether we have a little or a lot, whether we
owe a little or owe a lot, whether we are male or female, and whether we are
single or married.
Self-sufficiency education programs provide an understanding as to the importance
of managing life - including family, fun, career and financial management.
Our grand enrollment will be 6-23-07 at 10 am at Spirit Governed Church 3223
W Lloyd in the Mother Brown Fellowship Hall. They will need to bring ID SS

of Power Ministry: Men of Power “M.O.P”
The Spirit Governed Men’s Ministry is
a vibrant collective group of men who represent
different backgrounds and walks of life. Our
mandate as a ministry
is to minister to the lives of other men by representing the love of Christ.
Through, this ministry we embrace the Adam authority given by God and strive
to experience Him in totality through prayer, family structure, praise, unity
and fellowship. We desire to populate the kingdom of God by equipping and empowering
men to become a strong foundation in their natural, spiritual, and professional
lives for the 21st Century Church.
